Back in the 70's I started painting in oils and painted for about 5-6 years. I took time off to raise children, and try my hand at different businesses. In 2001, I got back into painting, which I missed. In the begining, my first paintings were copies, especially of the Masters. Now most of my paintings are originals, others, reproductions.
This was an experiment. I used aging and cracking varnish in order to make the painting look older.
